We don’t charge our clients a separate mark up for each of the individual services we offer if you choose to perform the project on a "Turn Key" Design/Build Bases.

We arrange the pricing of services so you may take advantage of, economies of scale associated with your project, much the same way a volume discounts works.

We also give you the option to change to a design/build pricing structure, at any stage of the project. We credit the cost of the items performed for you to date, against the cost associated with the balance of the project to be performed.

We can do this, because our in house project team, performs all the engineering and project management. We do not have to  subcontract to outside consultants, therefore, you are not charged the additional mark up for managing there services. The team that performs the feasibility study and space plan, also performs the detailed engineering plans and specification, then supervises the construction, using our own in house union tradesmen for installation.
