DESIGN

DPF benefits its clients by having a fail safe and field proven design that is easy to implement with
tight coordination between trades during installation, and ease of servicing of installed systems.

DPF's in house project team performs all the engineering and project management including the feasibility
study and space planning. We also perform the detailed engineering plan and specification reviews.
Supervise the construction using our own in-house union tradesmen and professionals throughout the implementation phase.

DPF's project team includes a full compliment of Engineers and Construction Project Managers that specialize in
constructing technical data center type facilities.

ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

DPF's will perform feasibility studies and real estate searches to select the best possible space.

DPF will produce design drawings, specifications, bid documents and project budgets.
Mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, structural and security.


ENGINEERING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

DPF uses electronic media to store all of our client's detailed specifications and drawings.
Using computer assisted design software our facilities management team has an up to the minute
snapshot of all infrastructure subsystems and detailed floor plans which significantly aids in the
ability to identify and repair systems. This also enables us to provide ongoing cost effective facilities
management for our clients by simplifying and expediting adds, moves and changes.

By "virtualizing" the impact of rearranging systems equipment and ascertaining how it relates to floor
space, power panel / breaker positions and air conditioning heat loads within the operations center we
can also minimize the cost of migrations.
